The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ratified the Protocol between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Czech Republic on Assistance and Mutual Protection on Investments signed in Prague on 17 March 1994

The protocol enhances the most-favourable nation treatment of the Contractual Parties, introduces amendments and supplements to the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Czech Republic on Assistance and Mutual Protection on Investments due to the Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Community, and sets the guarantees of security of the Contractual Parties.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 0137.
